| You’ve heard all the buzz about wellness but shrugged it off fearing your community related health plan costs won’t reflect improvements in your employees’ health. After all, wellness is about improving medical and pharmacy costs, right? Think again. For every dollar you spend on “healthcare”, you are losing more than $4 to lost productivity associated with illness. More and more studies link the benefits of results oriented wellness programs to improvements in workers’ compensation and safety statistics. Healthier workers are more productive, are injured less often, miss less time from work, and, when they do get hurt, they recover more quickly. Learn why you should consider marrying your safety programs with wellness and the best practice methods that can help complement workforce health in a productive, legal and positive way. Hear from experts who have helped companies put together successful, cost effective, data driven, top-flight programs. |
